SHOP POLICIES 

All products shown / listed on the Bits of Colour website are handmade by Hannah in her on home based studio in the West Midlands. 

Each item is handmade and is cared for / finished to a high standard. As each item is handmade, this means each product is completely unique making your item original. Due to the handmade nature some air bubbles, colour variations and uneven edges may occur. 

Custom orders are available but with only limited slots available each month due to studio space and order volume. These items will be made and dispatched within 2-3 weeks, so please keep this in mind when placing an order. If you require an item sooner than is offered on the website, please email in / complete a contact form and we will be in touch in due course.
