Refund policy

If you would like to make a return or exchange of an item, please get in touch with the email address provided for Bits of Colour. 

We offer a 10-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 10 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. 

If an item arrives defective, please notify within 3 days of receiving your order and either a refund / new item can be resent to the address stated on the order. Buyer will need to return the defective item so that it can be used for future projects. 

• The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return. 
• Custom made items are non refundable.
• Shipping fees are non refundable.
